| CEACAM5（癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子5）即临床上常说的癌胚抗原（CEA），是一种GPI锚定的细胞表面糖蛋白。它在正常组织中低表达，但在结直肠癌、胃癌、肺癌等多种上皮性肿瘤中高表达，其血清水平是监测肿瘤治疗反应和复发的重要标志物。同时，它作为细胞黏附分子参与肿瘤进展，也是抗体药物和肿瘤成像的潜在靶点。 | |
